I need recommendations for vegan restaurants in NYC for my birthday trip please!

My birthday is November 23rd and my boyfriend and I are going to New York City for a Broadway show. We'll be there from the 22nd to the 25th. I'm looking for mostly vegan restaurants for our lunch and dinner, and I especially want something special for my birthday dinner (which must be decently close to the Lyric Theatre, the show is on Saturday at 7 PM). So far we have plans to go to the Butcher's Daughter for brunch on Sunday with my friend. NYC vegans, please help me out! I have been Googling, but I want the hidden gems from those who know the city best.
