Vegan youtubers with regular jobs

Does anyone know or watch any vegan youtubers with actual regular day jobs? You know the kind--where they spend 7 1/2- 81/2 hours a day working for someone else?

So many times what is being shown is something like, "I just grabbed this from my fridge and look what I almost forgot about in my pantry!" and then lunch is made. Even working from home, I need to figure out my lunch before I start my day.

So I'd love to find some channels made by people with a lifestyle a little closer to my own. Any ideas?
