Can we all share our favourite (U.K.) pages or people for vegan recipes?

I’ve found that a lot of vegan recipes written by non-vegans are unimaginative and bland. And whilst obviously most recipes from other countries can be recreated here sometimes it’s just easier if it’s created with a U.K. perspective so you aren’t trying to find tinned pumpkin or whatever. And it’s nice to hear about new vegan products /festivals etc that are actually available to us rather than getting excited to only find it’s us only. So let’s celebrate those U.K. vegans by promoting our favourites. Two of mine to start:

Calum Harris on Instagram as @calumharris - saw this guy on a show where everyone tried to pitch a recipe book. He focuses on vegan recipes that can be made in just 20 minutes which I’ve found really accessible and simple.

Vegan food U.K. on Instagram as @vegan_food_uk - a great page that showcases vegan products when launched. Focuses on big chains and whilst I try not to eat too much processed food I think it’s good for knowing what treats to look out for or where might be good to grab a snack if I’m travelling
