MGM Grand or Caesars Palace

Hi, Vegas reddit peeps! Need some help if anyone is in town. I know it's only Tuesday, but I cannot get into the MGM resorts app or website. The app is showing no digital key access at this time. I regularly stay at MGM properties for Raiders games. I'm in town this weekend and have 2 rooms booked. I have a room booked at Caesars that I reserved 6 months ago and MGM that I made 3 weeks ago. Both places give comps. I prefer to be closer to stadium. Anyone have issues at MGM Grand? I prefer to check in through app and use digital key.

Based on the websites FAQs, they state reservations can be canceled without penalty through 9/24.
