Any idea why my plant identifier app is telling me my grocery store planted potatoes are highly poisonous?

Baby gardener here and learning as I go. Any idea why it's saying that? They were regular russet potatoes that sprouted from the store and threw them in the dirt like 2-3 weeks ago.
