Is this the beginning of blossom end rot?

I have two tomatoes that have a little scaly brown patch on the blossom end. Worried it is blossom end rot. If so, can I do much to save them or the younger tomatoes? This is a better bush grown in a 6 gallon bucket on my apartment patio.
