5G mmwave in Minneapolis/Chicago

Has anyone spotted the mmwave 5G sites in Minneapolis yet and if so any locations (streets) would be helpful. The same goes for Chicago. I saw some in the downtown area back in Sept last year. Please post pictures along with location. If you can provide a geo coordinate, that would be fantastic.
