Temporarily block international roaming?

Good afternoon, In April my family is heading to Asia for a month, and we will be using prepaid SIM cards while we are there, however with our e sim iPhones we would like to force our Verizon lines to only be available over WiFi, or over ims. The only issue is on our iPhones there is only an option to disable data roaming, not talk and text etc. is there somewhere in my Verizon, or can I call in to request something specific, or do I just have to be careful and watch my status bar to make sure it stays on Vzw using cellular data?
