Anyway to remove a power bloc embassy?

I'm new to the game and I'm still figuring some stuff out. I'm playing Ecuador, and I've been part of the American Market for most the game. I have now taken control of the bloc. I thought this would be good. It has not been.

America and most of the rest of the bloc have left. Leaving me losing 500 influence for owning the bloc as well as 250 from the American no longer existing embassy and a French embassy from a while back. Now I can no longer do any diplomacy as I'm losing an extra 500 to these embassies, including the one for a block that does not exist.
