Panel video light with a vertically aligned clip for my jacket pocket?

I posted in flashlights and someone recommended a video panel light for my use case. It just needs to clip onto my jacket chest pocket and cast some light 5-10ft in front of me when I walk my dog around the neighborhood at midnight. I don't want a floodlight.

Any recommends? Ideally usb-c. Vertically aligned for the chest pocket (or a 1/4-20 screw on the short end and a recommended clip for a pocket).

Many thanks, apologies, not strictly video but I though you all might have a better product knowledge than r/flashlight
