Sansui Refurbish Question

I've had this old Sansui AU-666 for ages and I'm finally trying to get it working. As it stands currently, when plugged in the unit will power up. I can't get any signal to speakers though. I know nothing about the internal wiring. I checked the fuses and they seem good. The speaker fuses and caps were missing so I replaced the whole fuse holder and put new fuses in. I'm told that I should hear a soft click about 2-3 seconds after pressing the power button but I don't hear anything. Is anyone able to point out in these 2 pictures what I should be checking/replacing? Thanks.
