Buyer claiming item is not as decribed

Hi everyone,

I am having issues first time on vinted, I have sold New with tags sweater but the buyer is claiming it has been washed even if it wasn't.

What should I do, I am thinking of reporting it to Vinted as I am afraid buyer will send different sweater back.

And if I report to Vinted can I send them photos of item before shipping.

Does anyone have any advice?
