Are vinted sellers always so salty?

I bought a Nokia 2720 to use as a WiFi hotspot. This is a smart phone but I received a cheap 2G clone missing WiFi hotspot options etc. Reported to vinted support and got these lovely messages. I have pictures comparing it to a genuine model. It’s documented that there’s clones of these phones. making the rounds on the market
