Somebody help me understand Vinted

Hi all. I’m new to Vinted and already gotten banned temporarily for posting too many items. Okay no problem I get it you don’t want resellers. But why do they permit sellers to sell 100s of necklaces and earrings sourced through Temu and labeled Free People? Why is this okay and why shouldn’t everyone do the same thing? Thanks for any insight.
