Info on Rupert Holmes album

I can’t find any version of the songs on Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, even just google nothing. I was even surprised to see what it’s going for on Discogs around 30 and up. This one’s still sealed I tried listening to it before opening it to see if I like this album. I really like I don’t need you from his adventure album, anyone know anything about this one? I’ll probably open it and keep it but wanted to see before I do 🙌🏻
