Clubhouse charging for food now?

Was last in the JFK clubhouse and loved it. Way better than a Sky club. Finally got back there today and most of the food, drinks, etc were all being charged for. Could have gotten a crudites platter for free, but not much else. I was looking forward to their chicken burger.
