Playing the PC-98 ver of Yu-No. Anyway to resize the screen?

The file is called AISWIN, and I've added the English translation/JP voice packs (AiSENG?). Been awhile since I installed tbh, but upon looking at the configuration file, it looks like complete gibberish to me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as those black bars around it take something from the immersion. Thanks!
