Trying to remember a VN Title

I'm trying to find an old VN i read a while back but have no idea what it's called. I'll list some details down i remember and if anyone has a clue what I'm on about that'd be great.

So it's set in a school and some students there were part of a rebellion that failed and have these strange punishments which are basically rules they have to live life by now.

I mainly remember the one route i did were the girl could only have 12 hour days, where she had to administer a drug to knock her out everyday. I also think there was a girl who couldn't talk but i might be imagining that one. I also have this weird feeling sunflowers are involved.
