Game locked at 60 fps

On my PC I can't seem to get above 60 FPS. Full screen or windowed fullscreen, doesn't change anything.

Screen is well configured, I got +120fps on all games. Nvidia control panel well configured too.

I tried no FPS limit or set to 120 in game, doesn't change anything. Any ideas ? I got an high-end rig with a 4090 so it should not be my PC being limiting
