Steam Playtime not updating with Unofficial Patch

Just a little troubleshooting thing that I'm not sure there's a real fix for:

Been playing for a while but I actually took a look at my hours played on the game's library page and realized it shows I have less than five minutes played. It's not the most important thing in the world but is there a way to get the playtime to record accurately while using the unofficial patch?
