Have to reboot to use my Cintiq every time - why?

Hello, new Cintiq 16 user here and I'm running into a minor but persistent issue that's a bit bothersome. Didn't find a ton online about this, so I thought I'd ask here. Basically, if my tablet isn't already plugged in, I have to reboot my computer in order for it to actually work. Like I'll hit the power button but it'll say "No Signal" even though it's recognized in Windows and "Cintiq 16" shows up in Wacom Desktop Center. A system reboot squares this away but it's just kind of annoying. I would leave my tablet plugged in 24/7 but I have limited desk space so I'm pretty frequently unplugging it and moving it around, if that makes sense.

I've tried restarting the Wacom service in services.msc but that never does anything. Running the little diagnostic thing in the Wacom Desktop Center doesn't report any issues either. Anyone have any experience with this?

**EDIT/Solution**: I fixed my issue by swapping which ports in my PC my monitor and Cintiq were plugged into. Leaving this up in case it helps others.
