To spend for more competitiveness

So I have a dilemma. I like my bots quite a lot, I'm very proficient with their builds and strategies for my preferred gamemodes.

All bots are now level 9, for full module, have respective meta lps, and a rack of 3 nebulas, a whiteout, and paralysis, smattering of T4s with all T3 otherwise.

I have gimped weapons so I don't advance into Master league deeply. Expert however is becoming a slog of bad matches (not matchmaking, just team proficiency/lack of levels on equipment)

Numerous matches, I am last one alive, barely a lead, before reds overwhelm me 3+ to 1, loss, I'm usually placed low because of support bots and weapons

I quite often see master players posting to this sub so I'd like to know if dropping cash on resources to upgrade all weapons to 9 or 11 or so is worth it in regard to this game's fun as an entertainment source. Doing this will push me into high Master 3 at least and low Master 1 at most

TLDR: Should I drop $$ to jump 2-3 leagues (E1 to M2) for more competent gameplay and possible clan shenanigans?
