Very tempted by the A-306... is it right for me?

Hello guys, got a question for you all. I've been looking at the A-306 for a while now since I've dived into music more than I ever have before. When I'm out and about I usually play music off of my Samsung ZFlip which is a great little device but audio playback runs down its little battery like nothing else. Obviously it has no headphone jack and is a bit chunky (when folded) to use when running and exercising. Now, that's mostly me justifying the A-306 to myself.

My music collection is either on vinyl or Spotify. Lots of my vinyls have come with digital file downloads so I'd be using those, but I feel like the walkman won't really increase the quality of Spotify music with its software which I what I am most curious about.

I would be using my device with my Sony WH-1000XM3s over aux (which is a pain to do with my phone and an adapter but it sounds much better than BT), will that do the job?
