Puts on Mexico (EWW)

I work down here in Mexico and barely anyone cares about beervirus right now. Mexico City just held a massive music festival this past weekend (Vive Latino) and most gov't officials are ignoring or calling beervirus a plot or downplaying the severity. They have a little over 80 confirmed and \~175 suspected cases, but aren't doing any real testing or planning for a worse outbreak. Give it a few weeks, Mexico is going to tank as everyone gets sick.
