New rules

Was off for a couple off weeks for vacation and came back today right back to work usual routine unload the gm truck go out work the freight but now apparently when we go for lunch or break have to bring back everything to receiving and Bring it back out when we come back and to repeat this for next break or lunch. Really? How is this efficient? The one best way doesn’t say anything about that. Best part is no one was told this except department managers and not even the micromanagers knew this. But produce can leave their crap everywhere and that’s ok. Really. Why does Walmart feel the need to change everything and not tell anyone. And then give everyone warnings about not following the rules that no one knew about. 310 employees 25 managers 4 department managers and 4 micromanagers and absolutely only 4 people knew about this new rule. I am used to Walmart logic but really? You really have to wonder what Gos through the minds of management. Hey things are working better than ever let’s just mess it all up but we still want the truck done by 4. Or people will me made redundant. Shut up
