Panhandlers are extremely aggressive nowadays!

Have you guys noticed that panhandlers in DC have become much more aggressive lately? I would normally be able to just ignore them and go on my way, but nowadays they often block my path and shove their sign or dixie cup to my face demanding money. It's especially frustrating at crosswalks: Once they target you they annoy the fuck out of you until the walk signal turns on.
