DC Ballot Question - Former tenant no longer at my address
I just received the card in the mail saying that my wife and I will have our ballots sent to our address. I also got a card saying that the home's previous resident will also get a ballot mailed unless we do something. I thought I'd take to reddit to figure out how to let the BOE know that the previous tenant doesn't live here anymore. The card is a detachable 2-part card. One part of it contains the name and address and a bar code for the addressee. After detaching it, I was left with the pictures you see below.
Does anyone see any identifying information in the portion of the card I've posted below? As you can see, I checked the box indicating that the person doesn't live at our place anymore, but wouldn't the BOE just be getting a card back with that box checked and nothing else? I'm not going to fill out parts A or B both because I don't know where the old tenant lives and because I think it would require the tenant's signature.
Thoughts? Is this just a design error on the BOE's part, or am I missing something obvious?
