Rad question

Would 2 rads be enough for a 4090 and 7900x3d? A nemesis gtx and gts. I had planned on a third, but its just not gonna fit without a lot of extra work and modding.

Edit: Sorry for the lack of info. Both rads are 360s. One thick (55mm) and one thin (30mm).
