Compressor to clear water?

Is this a good Idea or bad idea? I'm storing my PC for a few months and wanted it empty, system only had Lab grade distilled in it. It's mostly empty and I was hoping that I wouldn't have to take my straight line out to fully empty the radiators. Please don't roast me for the idea, just looking for some feedback.
