Quick Disconnects

I am planning to change GPU in my loop but I would want to add quick disconnects just for the GPU. Am I going to need 2 more basic fittings two connect them to the tubes? I am just double checking myself as it would be the first time I am using them. And which QDC should I use? All my fittings are Alphacool atm. I was looking for any guides or any video on this but I couldn't find anything at all, so I am hoping someone here have used them before or currently using them too.

I was looking at this one but I have been seeing a lot of people using Koolance ones. Can someone please provide some info on this?
