New watercooling setup. Need a little bit of help choosing my components.

I would like to update my setup by first including my gpu in the loop and by switching for hard tubing (glass probably).

 

First I am looking to buy **new radiators**: one **240** and one **280**. This is where I need **your help**: I cannot decide one each one I should buy, I wanna know what you would take to have a system as silent as possible without loosing too much performance.

 

Last important information: I am working inside a *phanteks evolv matx* edition so that limits a little bit the thickness of the radiators I can use:

* in the front it's 30mm max

* on the top it's 40mm max

 

As for the price, well I don't really have a limit so hit me :D. Thanks a lot all :).
