First time Build List and Questions

Hey guys - this will be my first time attempting a custom loop. I want to get feedback before I buy my parts. Also, yes I understand that PETG will not be the easiest thing to begin with.

Case - Phanteks Enthoo Primo. GPU - EVGA 1080ti FTW3 ICX (Vertical Mount) Mobo - Asus Crosshair VI Wi-Fi CPU - AMD 1700x PSU - Corsair RM1000

What i'm looking to buy - CPU Block - [Phanteks] (https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835709085),

GPU Block - [EKWB] (https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-fc1080-gtx-ti-ftw3-nickel),

Tubes - [EK PETG 12/16] (https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-hd-petg-tube-12-16mm-500mm-2pcs),

Fittings - I think I need 10 of these? [16mm Phanteks] (https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835709063),

Tubes - [EK Soft] (https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-duraclear-11-1-15-9mm),

Fittings - Im thinking 2? [EK ACF] (https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-acf-fitting-12-16mm-black-2),

Rads - [EK 420] (https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-coolstream-ce-420-triple),

[EK 280] (https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-coolstream-ce-280-dual),

Pump - [EK Dual D5] (https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-xtop-revo-dual-d5-pwm-serial-incl-pump),

Res - [EK X3 250] (https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-res-x3-250-rgb),

Fluid - I would run Distilled water until I decide... probably PrimoChill VUE Misc - ATX Bridge, Tube DIY kit...

My plan is to do Hard line for all visible parts, and run Soft Tube from Res -> Pump -> Rad1. Besides that, what about the PrimoChill finishing bit? From what I see its in standard instead of Metric, so where would I buy something to smooth the edges properly?
