When will Wealthfront get account syncing working right?

I've been in Wealthfront over 6mos now and I just don't get what the advantage of having connected accounts if they don't sync. Well, sometimes they do, sometimes not it seems like.

I have a connected HYSA that paid interest on 9/30. Those payments never trigger a sync in Wealthfront. So I send a deposit to the HYSA on 10/19 thinking it would 'trigger' the sync like the previous month.

The deposit posted in the HYSA on 10/19, nothing 'pending'.

So here it is 3 DAYS later after the deposit, 22 days after the interest payment, neither one is showing in Wealthfront.

What's the trick to eliminate this long delay? It's 'Fintech', shouldn't it work better?
