Couple of suggestions

Hi, if any Devs read this page:

- the cards that increase damage and health etc, can we have an "upgrade all" button, it's very frustrating when you spend 950 on 10 cards and have to go through each one to upgrade - can we have a use for all the excess loot for our heroes, like combine them for a chance at a rarer loot, or salvage them for bottles or cards or something
