How to weave the wrong side of a fabric?

I’ve googled this but I either end up with things telling me how to tell what the wrong side of a fabric is or how to weave in ends on the wrong side of a fabric in knitting.

If I press the treadles in the opposite direction than the way I press them now, will I end up with the “wrong” side of the fabric facing me on the loom?
