What do I hire to code a "spreadsheet to graph" website

Hi I'm a bit of a Notion/organization nerd with zero concept of anything regarding coding or the language around it. I'm looking to hire a freelancer to create a website or app from scratch that essentially collects information from a user's Notion database (not sure if I need to clarify, but just in case, basically a spreadsheet) and uses it to make an interactive graph that integrates into Notion.

There's currently like a million websites that will do this, but I wanted this new website to have the graphs update as you update your Notion database and I wanted extremely customizable graph types (bar graphs, pie chart, etc) and colors (like a full on color picker, opacity bar, gradients, etc).

So my true question is what's the job title of the person I should hire? I looked on a few freelance sites and I only seen people making weebly and WordPress websites. And Google was no help, it just suggested the websites that already offer Notion graphs.

NOTE: I added all of the details about the project because I'm not sure if any of the details of what I want would mean something different regarding who or how many people I need to hire.
