S3 Object Storage

I have a project that requires people to upload images and information, i’d probably use S3 storage for this.

I’ve been looking at Ionos and AWS, On Ionos it says 1GB storage up to 15TB is £0.015 per 30 days. Is it 0.015 per GB?

and then it says outgoing and incoming traffic, is that downloads/uploads from the server?

Also if anyone has any recommendations on S3 storage solutions please let me know.
