Stack advice for my side project

Project outline:

Pretty simple site where the user can search for a property and read/leave reviews on said property.

I have already located an API I can query for this purpose.

At the moment the site wouldn't be much more than the homepage with search functionality, results page and single property page.

All of that is straightforward enough.

My question is around the submitting and storing of the user submitted reviews mainly.

Ideally I'd like some sort of database so I can access the data elsewhere.

Thoughts anyone?
