It’s turkey season for the Weber kettle

18 lb turkey I cooked today on the kettle. Spatchcocked and coated with a salt heavy rub that I let sit in the fridge overnight. Injected the breasts only with some avocado oil, basalmic, and rub. Offset cook at around 325. When the internal temp hit 135, I gave it glaze of bbq sauce and honey. Pulled at 165. Came out great!
