Pork Shoulder Rotisserie

I just had the best carnitas tacos I have ever eaten. Spun a 7.5 pound pork shoulder (with bone) for 8 hours yesterday at 250 degrees. Would have ate it last night but finished too late. Today I threw it in a frying pan to reheat, threw some corn tortillas on the grill, decorated with jalapeños and pineapple (that cooked in the drip pan yesterday), added cilantro, cohito cheese, and salsa verde (store bought) and lime…incredible. Add to the fact that the shoulder was $15.00.
