Plesk vs Runcloud to manage Vultr servers?

I’ve been on Vultr servers via Cl\*udw\*ys for years and have been very happy. My sites fly with most scoring 98-100 on PageSpeed insights. However, since DO purchased them it is quickly going downhill. I'm looking to go through Vultr directly and was considering Plesk but also looking at RunCloud. I currently host 26 WordPress sites but most have minimal traffic. My biggest concern is losing tech support. I seldom need it but I have had sites crash because of plugin updates or SSL issues.

I’m not well-versed in the technical aspects of server maintenance and this is the only thing stopping me from proceeding. I just created a Vultr account and have a coupon for $200 off my first month. I also created a RunCloud account and have a 4 -day free trial and was about to move over a few sites today to test it out. Should I use Plesk instead? Does anyone have any experience with RunCloud? Several people upset with Cl\*udw\*ys have been recommending it. Thanks in adavance for any advice.
