Moving 10 Sites to new Server on Same Host

I've been with InMotion Hosting for 8 years now and have been very happy. I ready paid for a "NEW" better speced VPS managed server from them as my business is growing. I currently host 10 websites with several more planned for the coming year. None of the websites get a ton of traffic...small local businesses.

Anyway, by ordering "New" versus "Upgrading" I received a substantial discount on a 2 year commitment. The downside is that now they won't move me to my new server for FREE. BTW I currently build new sites on a localhost using Desktop Server and then migrate them to my sever using Duplicator. I don't think moving the sites would be very difficult but am I missing something? Move to the new server and shut down the old one right? Nameservers are already pointed in the right direction.

My question is what is the best DIY way to move all these sites to the new server. I've heard a CPanel to CPanel move is fairly easy. However, I am allowed 5 CPanels on my new server and would like to use all 5. A couple of clients have multiple websites with me so it seems to make sense to group them by ownership on their own CPanels. InMotion wants $90 per CPanel and $20 per website to set me up. That sounds ridiculous. Any help or advice is appreciated.
