Mislabelled webtoons?
I recently read The Makeup Remover, and it was a really good read (imo), but it's not really a romance even though it's labelled as one. I went into the comic knowing that it wouldn't actually be one, but I'm confused about why it's got that tag instead of drama or slice of life or something? Doesn't that just give the reader false expectations?
Same for Trash Belongs in the Trash Can. It's labelled romance, but not thriller or mystery or even drama, when I think those suit it much better? The ML's narration even says early on that if he knew back at the start what he knows by the end, he would've snapped FL's neck. Not the most romantic thing imo.
Are there any others that aren't labelled properly? What genre do you think would suit them better? Does anyone know why this happens?
