Who do I hire for mid-scale set up of decor?

Trying to figure out what vendor does this / who can I hire?

We are wanting to do centerpieces similar to the attached. Thinking about putting battery-powered candles around the room, potentially string lights, and some greenery.

We'll also need our arch set up with the florals on it.

I will acquire everything and determine where it will go.

My caterer says they won't do centerpieces. We're planning on renting flowers from something borrowed blooms, so no florist.

I know day of coordinators do some decorating, but this seems like more than would be appropriate for them?

I've looked into decorators but it seems that the bulk of that is planning decorations, acquiring, creating the whole vision, etc. I'm really just looking for someone to set up.
