Engaged a week, venue and date are set, now what?

We officially got engaged a week ago, set our budget, and yesterday found our venue and set a date. Our plan is a bbq lunch reception in the forest with lawn games and beer. I'd love to hear from other brides who are doing or have done the same type of thing. What kind of a timeline do you have? Who do I need to book first? Ahhhhh!
