Wedding Timeline?

Anyone here have or planning to have a ceremony start time of 4PM? I’m trying to start planning my whole day to get a better outlook on what things will look like, any suggestions would be great. From start to finish would be amazing!

Our ceremony, cocktails, and reception are all at the same hotel. Ceremony 4pm, should only take about 20 minutes. Planning to have the reception open at 6pm. We will be doing a first look & photos before the ceremony.
