Entertainment between Rehearsal and Dinner

Bridesmaid here! I'm also married to the groom's brother. Wedding is May 15. The rehearsal will be on Saturday 10-11 am, then I think we're going out to lunch, and the rehearsal dinner is at 6. There's going to be a bunch of family coming in all afternoon, everyone staying at the same hotel, and the rehearsal dinner is also at said hotel. The bride just wants to chill and not plan anything for herself, but I was trying to think of something small to have going on for everyone else (about 3 hours' worth). The guys are all going out for Bachelor activities, but we already did the Bachelorette party, so it'll be mostly the women hanging out (aged teens to grandmas).

I looked into having a massage therapist come out to offer chair massages for guests as they arrive and get settled, but it's too late to book anyone (and understandably a little pricey). Thought about having just a small, sentimental craft like folding paper cranes or doing little watercolors that anyone could enjoy come-and-go, and we could give to the newlyweds or just take home as a souvenir? Maybe just bring a few puzzles and snacks?

Anyone else filled time like this? Help me flesh out some thoughts on what might work? I'd appreciate it!!
