Need insights on YVR check-in / customs / tight on time

Will be flying WestJet from YVR to the US on a Monday morning. I have not traveled out of YVR in over 10 years. I would appreciate any advice/insights on check-in/bag drop, US customs, etc. We have TSA Pre. Thank you for anything you can share!
