What vehicle has the most head room? (US)

My 2010 Explorer is showing its age. I want an SUV/crossover/hatchback/wagon whatever, I want the heated cargo space and 4WD/AWD. There are many models available. None of them have enough head room for my 6’10” tall partner. We looked at a perfect Toyota Highlander today-nope, his head touches the ceiling. While we were there we checked out a Tundra and a big Toyota SUV-same problem. I’m not even going to bother checking out Subaru, we looked 3 cars ago and that was a joke. He, of course, drives an F-150. This is our second F-150. He got a fleet rental return, which has seats a little less plush, which effectively gives an inch more headroom than the fancy trim versions. TLDR: need an awd/4WD suv with enough headroom for someone who is 6’10”. And please, not a (shudder) Transit. Or a Honda Element, they aren’t big enough for him.
