What is this in the back of my dryer?

My dryer is not heating. Giving me an error code c3. This code has to do with the motor (which never stops now) and the heat (no heat). I also can’t change any settings.

I’m wondering if this could be a port to plug in some diagnostic machine similar to à car.

Any ideas?

Thanks
